Hi my name is Adam, thanks for checking out my website.
I am originally from Los Angeles, California, but have been living in New York City for the past 8 years on the wild journey that is life.
I have been dancing since I was little tike, and moved here in 2001 to study dance at New York University's TISCH School of the Arts. It
is a major passion of mine, and has filled my life with wonderful things. I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful dance
companies in New York City, touring all over the United States and overseas such as ZviDance,
The Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, and The Metropolitan Opera.
I also started my own dance company, in order to share my own personal vision through movement. My company has been performing all over New York City
for the past 5 years.
Several years ago I began a career in graphic design. Since I started in this field I have been very lucky to work with some amazing people,
and have learned so much. My experiences have been so varied, starting with 3 years at DraftFCB Healthcare, working on interactive materials for
major pharmaceutical companies. In addition, I started my own design firm with several friends of mine. Operation:CMYK strives to make intelligent and creative
design available to those artists who might not be able to afford the quality of work that they are looking for.
I am currently a graduate student at Parson's Design and Technology program. While at Parson's I am interested
in fusing my two artistic backgrounds by integrating design and media technologies into dance performance. I want to make dance more accessible to a wider audience
by experimenting with presenting it in different platforms, such as on the internet or on mobile devices. We'll see how it goes!
Feel free to contact me if you're interested in my work. If you need a designer, developer, dancer, choreographer, or all of the above...I'm your guy. Don't be shy.
